the fashion barometer

Today I came across this cool little feature in the New York Times. It’s a slide program with some audio. The slide show features some wonderful street style shots by Costs Cunningham, NYT Professional Photographer. The audio is a very fascinating little blurb where Costs conjectures that fashion is going to have some really significant modifications as an outcome of our current financial troubles. Bill is surprisingly older, and also bears in mind the Great Depression, so he has experience to back up his hypothesis. It’s a fascinating function, worth taking a look at. What do you believe? Do you believe fashion is mosting likely to change a lot over the coming year or two as a result of the financial crisis? What types of points do you assume might alter?
